It was when I turned 40 that I began to notice a decrease in my energy, vitality, and flexibility. I attributed this to the natural aging process until I discovered the secret to good health from two Naturopathic physicians.  They taught me to be pro-active about my health, to eat healthy, reduce stress, and exercise.  

       

Maintaining an consistent exercise routine was the real challenge for me because back then I preferred reading a good book to exercise. Although I still am a voracious reader, I am now addicted to the benefits of yoga and Pilates.  Because of the consistency of my exercise routine I am stronger and more flexible today in my sixties than I was in my forties.

 

Like you, I'm busy! But I take care of myself because if I didn't I wouldn't have the energy to fulfill my other roles of wife, mother, grandmother, property manager, and Certified Life Coach.
